The things contractors ask first

Do my clients ever pay anything?
No — never. Client portal access is included in your subscription and offered to your clients as part of your service. Unlimited clients, unlimited responsible person logins, AI estate health included. It's what makes your service premium and your contracts sticky.
What counts as an engineer?
A user with an engineer login — someone assigned jobs who completes visit forms in the field. Office and admin users are free, however many you have. Deactivate an engineer who leaves and you stop paying for them from the next billing cycle.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. A one-engineer company pays £35 a month, full stop. Most fire-industry platforms require five or more paid users and charge for office staff too — we think that shuts out exactly the firms that deserve better tools.
What does "founding rate, locked for life" actually mean?
Sign up while the founding window is open and you pay £35 per engineer per month for as long as you're subscribed — your rate never moves to the £45 list price, and it isn't a 12-month teaser. When the founding window closes, new contractors join at £45 and the setup fee applies; nothing changes for you.
How does payment work?
Monthly by direct debit — no annual contract, no lock-in, cancel any time from your account settings. The list price is £45 per engineer per month; founding contractors pay £35, locked for life — you keep that rate for as long as you're subscribed, even after the founding window closes. The £19.99 setup fee is waived while the founding window is open.
I'm not BAFE registered — is that a problem?
Not at all. Every plan includes the full BS 5839-1 Annex G certificate set under the FireCompliance Pro certificate. If you're BAFE registered, submit your registration number and once verified the BAFE SP203-1 certificate types unlock as an option on every job.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's your data. Export your certificates, clients, sites and records before you go, and your clients keep copies of every certificate already issued to them. No hostage-taking.
