Every certificate, every discipline

Full G1–G7 Annex G library plus BAFE SP203-1, SP207 and DS301, emergency lighting, evacuation alert, domestic and voice-comms certificates. Generated as branded PDFs the moment a visit completes, hashed and publicly verifiable.

Five disciplines, first class

Questions

The things contractors ask first

Do my clients ever pay anything?
No, never. Client portal access is included in your subscription and offered to your clients as part of your service. Unlimited clients, unlimited responsible person logins, AI estate health included. It's what makes your service premium and your contracts sticky.
What counts as an engineer?
A user with an engineer login: someone assigned jobs who completes visit forms in the field. Office and admin users are free, however many you have. Deactivate an engineer who leaves and you stop paying for them from the next billing cycle.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. A one-engineer company pays £39 a month, full stop, with no VAT on top. Most fire-industry platforms require five or more paid users and charge for office staff too; we think that shuts out exactly the firms that deserve better tools.
What happens as my team grows?
From your second engineer the price stops being per-head and becomes one flat monthly fee: £69 for 2 to 15 engineers, £150 for 16 to 50. A three-engineer firm and a fifteen-engineer firm pay exactly the same. There's no runaway bill for growing your team.
What if we have more than 50 engineers?
Then you are a national operation and the flat rates are not built for you. Email hello@firecompliancepro.com for an enterprise quote: the same platform, priced for your scale, with the support and onboarding a team that size needs. The app will tell you when you reach the cap; nothing is cut off, you simply cannot add a 51st active engineer until we have spoken.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 7 days, every module, no payment details. Sign up, add your engineers, clients and sites, and run real visits. When the trial ends you set up a direct debit to carry on; if you don't, the account simply stops and nothing is charged.
How does payment work?
Monthly by direct debit, with no annual contract and no lock-in; cancel any time from your account settings. £39 a month for one engineer, a flat £69 a month for 2 to 15, a flat £150 a month for 16 to 50. A one-off £19.99 setup fee is added to your first payment.
Is VAT added to these prices?
No. We are not VAT-registered, so the prices on this page are what you pay. Nothing is added to the monthly fee or the setup fee. If that ever changes we will give you at least 30 days' notice first.
Do you cover more than fire alarms?
Yes. FireCompliance Pro covers fire detection & alarm (BS 5839-1:2025 + BAFE SP203-1), emergency lighting (BS 5266-1:2025), evacuation alert systems (BS 8629 + BAFE SP207), domestic fire detection (BS 5839-6) and emergency voice communication (BS 5839-9), each as a first-class discipline with its own service schedule, visit forms and certificates on the same sites, in the same client portal. All disciplines are included in the one plan, with no add-on pricing.
I'm not BAFE registered: is that a problem?
Not at all. Every plan includes the full British Standard certificate sets under the FireCompliance Pro certificate. If you're BAFE registered, submit your registration number and once verified the BAFE certificate types unlock as an option on every job: SP203-1 for fire alarm work, SP207 for evacuation alert, DS301 for domestic fire detection.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's your data. Export your certificates, clients, sites and records before you go, and your clients keep read-only access for 30 days to download every certificate issued to them. No hostage-taking.
